Rincon provides top-notch benefits to its employees that are second to none in a time when other companies are reducing what is provided in their plans due to increased rates.

Family medical PPO, dental, long-term care, life insurance, short/long term disability plans provide additional security at absolutely no cost to our employees. Rincon's 401(k) plan includes a company matching contribution of up to 4% of eligible compensation as defined in the Plan. In addition, the Employee Stock Ownership Plan includes a 9% contribution to each participant's account.

Rincon offers nine paid holidays per year, including the week between Christmas and New Year's Day, personal paid time off starting at 16 days the first year (a day is added for each subsequent year of service with a maximum of 31 days).

Continuing education is encouraged and Rincon offers tuition reimbursement to those employees returning to school. Tuition, textbooks, and any special fees are reimbursed subject to the following requirements:
