Rincon's 401(k) plan includes a company matching contribution of up to 4% of eligible compensation as defined in the Plan. In addition, the Employee Stock Ownership Plan includes a 9% contribution to each participant's account.
Rincon offers ten paid holidays per year, including the week between Christmas and New Year's Day, personal paid time off starting at 16 days the first year (a day is added for each subsequent year of service with a maximum of 31 days).
Continuing education is encouraged and Rincon offers tuition reimbursement to those employees returning to school. Tuition, textbooks, and any special fees are reimbursed subject to the following requirements:
